Good to know:

What are hydroforming presses?

Hydroforming is used when complex shaped hollow bodies or molded parts are to be produced. Here a hydraulic press serves as a locking device for the mold. The pressure is introduced by means of a water-oil emulsion into the hollow body via hydraulically controlled sealing punches. The forming process in the mold then takes place by pressures of up to several thousand bar.
